Grrrr...Ok, so tried to do some stretches today because my back felt tense and the low back pain started up again and radiated to the front of my thigh. Spoke to my mother (she is a physical therapist) and she said I probably strained the muscles and no exercise until at least Monday-Tuesday. Ice/Hot packs and ibuprofen it is for the next few days. Husband has gone for some BenGay. Ugh...and ouch. Sitting here at my computer is exacerbating the pain so..signing off for now. At least I lost 14 lbs and I have my calorie budget to prevent me from gaining it back. Once this is done, I will be back on track!
