Things I don't want to do today: study, exercise.
Things I want to do today: Sleep, read a book, munch on something both sweet/salty.

Things I will likely be doing (or am doing): Studying, floor exercises, healthy meal and some healthy snacking later.

Its too darn hot and my allergies are making my sluggish. Bleah..

Ok, so...I did my floor workout today and then decided to have a kit kat. So...I said to myself..you had a kit kat, at least burn off that kit kat. Ok..no problem. So I went on the elliptical thinking I will go slow but I will burn the 104 calories from that kit kat. Music was good so instead of going slow, I went my usual (and a bit faster). Burned 125 calories, took a cold shower and felt better after feeling so lethargic and wanting to eat all day.
