So, here goes the start of week 2 ;-) Nice start with the weigh in this morning.Gave me a nice little boost after I have been taking about 3-4 wks to lose 1lb!!
Went to the gym again and was nice to see it wasn't a fluke, I really can do 30 mins run at speed on the treadmill without intermittent fast walking.Whoop whoop, go me!
Decided to do my fave home made chips for tea as haven't had them for a while-slimming world styleeee-scummy.
I think this site is better than facebook.Mind you, that doesn't take much.Thinking of quitting it.Now I have this, I may just do that.
Just tried one of them Muller Light Greek Style yoghurts.The coconut with a hint of vanilla one.My word, I could get very used to them.
On another note, who stole summer?!!!!!
