Woke at 220.8, down 2.2 from yesterday. Fasting until dinner and then targeting 1100 calories. UPDATE: Fasted until 6 pm and got a nice 219.2 weigh in. Made some "chaffles" for dinner, but did not hit my protein macro of 100 grams. I added three foil pouches of tuna for an additional 300 calories but got to 104 grams. First time under 220 since November 2018.
