Woke at 229.8, down 2.2 from yesterday. OMAD today and 500 calories of vegetables. UPDATE: Came home at 228.8. Did not walk as much as yesterday and I did not drink as much. Interesting. Got about 250 calories of veggies in me for dinner and then I had to open the book to see what my other options were! I then saw that I mis-remembered. It wasn't one day at 800 and then four days at 500 calories. It was actually one day at 1100 and then four days at 800! And nuts were allowed. So I ate about 725 calories. Working from home tomorrow, so I will do about the same.
