it's weeks like this that are hard. I averaged 1400 calories this week, and exercised and only lost 1 lb. yes, it's still a loss, but all that hard work I was expecting more! ugh!
138.1 kg Lost so far: 27.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
