I went jogging today, I just started following the couch to 5k programme. I found it quite hard and only jogged/ walked alternate for 10 minuets and had to fill the remainder 10 mins with brisk walking. I think I will call this week 0 and start week 1 next week. I did 15 of each stomach exercise when I got back, so I obviously found them harder to do- I was worn out!
