Can people give me ideas please for evening meals? I feel like I am constantly cooking the same thing, can’t have anything to spicy as my 8 year old daughter will need to like it!

Hi, I just Googled “Easy Dinners 600Kcal” and there’s loads of sites with quite a lot of recipes - BBC Food site included. Even if you don’t follow the recipes, they might give you some inspiration. Good luck!

I agree BBC good food is excellent. recently, healthy meals (that the picky ones will eat): I've been making pizza with a wrap as a base. stew or casserole always works great too. Swede mash is a great alternative. I've also been making a Mediterranean vegetable medley (honey, cajun, lemon, veg) with some chicken. I make alternatives a lot, so this week I made burgers with chips and buns for them, but for me I had corn on the cob, no bun, little cheese and salad, toms, pineapple, mushrooms..

Try Skinnytaste.com All recipes made (or adjusted to be healthy) by the same woman who uses her family as taste testers lol. She puts the nutritional info on each recipe too so it's really easy to see which ones fit with your daily goals

Personally I like to eat either a yoghurt or some fruit in the evening so I don't accidentally go over my limit - tho if I have intake to spare & am hungry I would either eat leftovers from lunch or make a sandwich

Try 5% mince mixed with red onion , peppers and use salsa as a sauce. Rice/pasta if u want carbs, if u don’t just serve with broccoli or something

Hi Becki! One of my favorites is scrambled egg and zucchini. Ingredients per person 2 egg 1/2 zucchini 1/2 Onion Olive oil Roasted Sesame Salt First, cut the onion in small pieces. Beat the eggs in a medium bowl. Add olive oil in a pan to poached the onions with salt, then, add the zucchini in a small pieces as well. When the zucchini gets a transparent colour it's ready to add the eggs. Mix with a spoon or a spatula, check the salt and put more if is necessary and finally add Roasted Sesame. Delicious and healthy

I'm a big fan of quorn...n yeah the BBC site is good.. don't think I've tried the skinnytaste one.. gonna have a look now as I too wouldn't mind a bit of a change..m if things aren't quite as you'd like of course with a little imagination you can always adapt the recipe a bit! 😋😃
