130ml servings almond milk 1 medium egg 2 tbsps cinnamon 2 medium banana 1 cup blueberries 1 cup raspberries 130 g oats Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and prepare your muffin tray (I'm using 6x silicone one) Mash banana and mix with egg. Add all other ingredients apart from fruits. Fill the muffin tray and put fruits on top. Bake for 20 minutes in 180 degrees, reduce to 160 degrees and bake for further 10 minutes.
