I just joined a challenge on FS to lose 5lb of weight in 2 weeks!💪🏻 just finished prepping my meals for tomorrow everything seems on point, will reach fibre intake, smashing protein too! Low carbs as normal and fats.... well low carb high fat! You know how it is
95kg next target so hoping to reach that ASAP
