Really hungry today after a good gym day.
500 calories meal. Everything is waited, not fat added. Slim noodles.

how do you know it is an excellent meal. would you not wish to know calories, ingredients, how cooked etc ? I know that a picture paints a thousand words, did not know it also conveys nutrition information.

Maybe because it looks delicious? I do find food pictures delicious wth or without calories or nutritional descriptions. But if you asked - all my meals are cooked with no fat added, directly in a non sticking pan; you have here 100gr of slim rice noodles- about 150 calories; everything else would add about 300 calories. I am always trying to be around 500 calories. Sometimes I succeed sometimes I go below or I go over. Hope you have a great sliming journey and cheer up a little bit! Xx

@mts330 Maybe, like me, tugdriver1 uses the desktop version of the site where you can see people’s food diary with their journal pictures. The meal looks nice, has a good range of macros and micro nutrients and suits simona’s way of eating. Why do your posts always come across as argumentative rather than supportive? @Simona - all the best and keep doing what works for you 👍🏻
