Hi everyone! I’m Simona and I have started a 5kg journey; my 3rd day was pretty good, can’t wait to pass the first week as I know that is the most difficult step towards “yessss I can do this” mental faze which I desperately need to achieve.
Any small advice is good and any experience sharing as well!

You’ve started which is often the hardest part so well done there. I’d recommend logging everything you eat and weigh things so you don’t overestimate portion size. All the best!

Thanks so much for you reply! I am indeed starting to put all my intake in here. And I will do my best to stay on track this time :)) it is hard as I have 3 children and have to cook as my husband is not a kitchen person. Anyway, thanks again! Xx
