I am so chuffed to be at the 2st lost mark. It's really given me the motivation to keep this up. my next mini goal is to lose the next 5lbs and I will be at my lightest in 3 years. For me, it's not just about the scales, going to the gym is improving my overall fitness and health, and trying with weights is starting to pay off as my clothes are all a wee bit looser. Here's to a good weekend going to the South of England Show and then my birthday Monday 🎉 I'm planning on making good choices, whilst allowing myself to relax it a bit x
