Pistachio & Clementine Keto Cookies
Holidays themed keto biscuits.
Ingredients
Directions
- Line baking trays with baking paper and preheat oven to 180°C or 160°C fan.
- Mix together all the ingredients to form a firm dough.
- Divide the dough into 1/4's and roll out between two sheets of baking paper to about 2mm thick.
- Cut out with cookie cutters and place cookies on baking tray.
- Bring crumbs together to form dough and repeat until all dough are used.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown and allow to cool.
- Keep in airtight container. Note: Cookies might softened, just pop in oven to refresh and crisp up.
