Chicken & Cabbage Soup

An easy low calorie meal in a bowl that will satisfy your hunger.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Bring the chicken stock to rapid boil in pot.
  2. Add the freshly shredded cabbage.
  3. Bring pot to high and let simmer for about 12-15 minutes, until cabbage is cooked through and falling apart.
  4. Turn stove off and take pot off hot plate.
  5. Use a hand blender or food processor and process all ingredients until puree has developed.
  6. Cool and serve.

BLECH, UGH, OHH. GONNA DIE FROM TASTE. But its so addicting I have to have more. Oh GOD ,thanks a lot. GONNA HAVE SOME SOAP AND CANDY for taste and cleaning purposes.BLEEEEEEECH.

With low sodium, organic or home-made broth, this soup is great for Phase 2. You can add cooked/canned chicken breast to it for a complete meal. Freshly ground black pepper and lemon juice turn it into a feast. Yum!

i couldnt eat it. it was vile! i really like cabage so i thought id like it... but after blending it .. it looked sooo unappetising, and it tasted really salty - maybe it was the chicken stock but either way. yuk. id rather jst eat the cabage plain. BLEH!
