Just in time for holiday, down to desired weight and the hubby has lost 2.5 stone in the same time, I'm actually telling him that he needs to eat more now, his reply was that nobody has ever said that to him before its always been the opposite. My mission to feed him up a bit to maintain the weight that we have both achieved.
60.0 kg Lost so far: 8.1 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks ladies, it will be hard but someone's gotta do it I guess. Expect to put on a few pounds but hey ho, will concentrate on that when back. Worked hard to achieve this goal gonna enjoy a couple of weeks of cheeky calorie count free indulgence, after all this is what we all work for. Good luck with your goals ladies, keep up the good work 👍

I think what some of us forget is we don’t have to maintain a weight exactly to the last milligram. There’s nothing wrong with fluctuating a couple of kilos around your ideal (more if you’re a tall person). As long as the fluctuations don’t become a steady increase. Enjoy your holiday but don’t go mad then rein back again when you return. Take care!
