OMG! I've lost nearly 5lbs!?!? How did that happen? So skipping entries and not living off celery, just being mindful and logging most things has worked. All this time I've just been gaining and gaining and I could have been here! Better late than never 😀😀
100.8 kg Lost so far: 2.2 kg.    Still to go: 27.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
