YIPPEE DOODLE DANDY ☺ Reached my goal and to be honest have quite enjoyed my journey, even when I have craved some of the goodies that my son has eaten in front of me, I have resisted the temptation. it has all been worth it in the end. I no longer look nine months pregnant though there is still a little pot that needs a bit of work but I don't really need to lose anymore weight has it has Bahamas to go from my legs and they where thin to begin with, got a bit of a complex where they're concerned. Now it's time to start on the next journey of toning that disappearing belly, but I will keep up with the meals I have been eating because to be quite honest I have enjoyed this new menu and way of life, but I won't feel guilty about having a bit of a treat.
