Never been this light for years and it’s only took 8weeks and I’ve still ate Big Macs, pizza etc. Just not as much the plan is working way ahead of schedule
70.4 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
