How can you put on a pound in a day. I know that I had a Lazy day yesterday but still didn't eat excessively. It's certainly disheartening 😔
65.6 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Think water, hormones and sluggish gut. All can contribute. Plus, if you’re going to weigh every day you have to learn not to worry about fluctuations. If you hadn’t weighed yesterday you’d be celebrating losing 0.6kg in a week! Stick to your plan and it will all sort out. You seem to have a nice rhythm going and your trend is losing weigh. All the best!

Elaine maybe think about weighing weekly instead? that way small fluctuations will be less noticeable and you will see steady progress. There is nothing worse than seeing weight go up when you been good but it happens the long run is what matters!

Thanks for your comments, I only weigh in on a weekend. You may be correct with the hormones thing, I am at that stage in life, it's a nightmare but that's another story. Your right though I really shouldn't be hard on myself, I can see the benefits of all the effort of which I'm grateful. Wish you well on your journeys 👏👍
