I don't know how much I trust my scale (I'm sure it's not too far off). I weighed in at 193.6, 196.4, and 196.6 this morning. I over-ate some greasy leftovers I didn't want to go bad last night so I'm assuming I'm at the heaviest weigh in.
89.2 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 14.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks 8Patty. Would be happy to find a better scale, but the weight will keep coming off if I focused! :-)

I weigh twice a month at a higi station inside my drug store it helps!
