Hmm, looks like a late night Dunkin Donuts is not ideal for weight control.
Never mind, I'm sure the bread, chilli, curry and rice with a beer(4) chaser will get me back on track.
Found out that star fruit on top of bran for breakfast isn't the best combination.
69.3 kg Lost so far: 16.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.1 kg a Week

No, donuts aren’t ideal weight control! They are still on the not in my house list! LOL 🙅🏻‍♀️

BTW it turned out to be 7 beers last night as I watched my team get beat and fell asleep on the couch.
