Nothing like a few cheeky G&Ts on a Saturday.. avoided the Chinese takeaway and curry that the teenagers ate while getting ready to go out with their friends.. and the pizza delivery at 1am.. and the cupcakes one of my daughters friends had baked to take to the party

Excellent dodging and avoidance skills Poppy! I agree with Doobrie! I gained huge amounts of weight when my kids were teenagers! 🤦🏻‍♀️It’s hard with them in their 20’s to get rid of it with pizza every other day! LOL 🙋🏻‍♀️You are awesome! @ Doobrie so glad your pain is getting better🙆🏻

Hi Poppy, lm pretty cheeky today, read your bio and thank God what you call a fast is just eating once a day, your not going nuts with it and slowly destroying your brain matter and oragans.What I did notice when you fasted your losses were around 1/4lb but when you ate reg.that day yould lose a lb or so..but you have been yo yoing back and forth between one meal a day to reg.meal today but it's working for you. l don't know if that's been hard on you..eat ...don't eat...eat...don't eat but if your accustomed to that go for it...your almost there. Job Well Done!
