Went out of town last weekend. Didn't track my food but I did eat pretty decently and I got in 2 miles of walking. Back to tracking today!

I KNOW murphthesurf and it SUCKS!!!!! I need to be seeing some LOWER numbers!!!!

I'm thinking you have a treadmill and some weights at home and your RDI is 1500.so I'm not sure what your break down for carbs etc.is talk to me and you will stop this yo yo you got going on cause frankly I'm getting dizzy following you with this up and down.
