Amazing v happy and glad to be starting off right with a sizable loss even if it is excess water. waiting for the headaches to start as its day 3 no carbs or sugar. but after that its back to feeling amazing :) 2018 here we gooooo
96.9 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 31.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
