Thanks Ches Did a salt Water flush, 18 hr fast and stuck to my macros.. And was as physically active as possible ( considering I had spinal surgery a month ago) Been on the go since 530am and pork chops seasoned and ready for the slow cooker for dinner #prep #determined #won’tletillhealthbeatme
