16.6 lbs to go
31.8% body fat
16hr fast

Couldn’t total macros yesterday as I bleached my bathroom tiles, so yesterday evening and today my thumb and 2 fingers on my right hand keep dislocating , so I didn’t dish up dinner last night ( good job I’d already cooked it)

So I had cottage pie, but avoided most of the potato and had no bread 😁

The wonders of day and night nurse are keeping me going.. got my right hand image at wrap, a cuppa, the cat and telly .. will try some ironing this afternoon when the dislocations stop ( heat helps)

Have a greatFriday.. it’s nearly the weekend FS friends 😁😁

Why did you bleach your bathroom tiles? What a thing to do to yourself! Hope they pack it in soon. My thumbs - being 'double jointed' do it a lot.

Lol.. I do it most weeks, I get a weird satisfaction when I’ve scrubbed all the grout with a toothbrush.. probably the closest thing I get to exercise mini 😂😉

I might need to get ring sprints if this continues .. to match the hand splints/knee braces and ankle brace lol

Poppy - save yourself a lot of work and buy spray mold remover. You simply spray all the grouting, leave 5 minutes or so, then shower it off. Voila - gleaming white grouting! Nice loss, by the way.

I do that as well 😉 Astonish mould remover, in a green spray . I guess I just enjoy cleaning ☺️☺️

But your poor hands don't, Poppy! I know what you mean though. I found it very frustrating last year after my surgery and I wasn't allowed to do anything or lift anything for a couple of weeks. By the way, I had to look up ring splints on Google. Think they're also called finger splints? Enjoy your rest with the TV this morning.

Oh Poppy, take care! 🙋🏻I know how satisfying it can feel to have something sparkling clean! But think of how crappy you feel and pick and chose, okay? 🤷🏻‍♀️I think Doobs may be right and the extra chemicals and stink may be worth it to save your hands! You have so many more things you could be doing! That are so much more fun!🙆🏻‍♀️ Can one of the girls do it? Or are they too busy with school? I know what it’s like to want to do it all yourself because it’s just... and it’s not that big a deal... but for what it does to you it is. 💁🏻‍♀️Love you Dear! You are doing so great with the weight loss! I know that sometimes for us the housework IS our exercise and every little bit we manage is a victory against the disability monster as my family called it. So, sorry if in my worry I took your victory away when you were just grousing. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Thanks Doobs. Yup ring/finger splints are the same thing.. some of them are really pretty ( as well as practical )

Aww thanks SMP.. its a balancing act , as you well know. Wanting to do the normal things that normal people do, but being limited by disability The girls both have exams starting Monday, so I’m trying to keep things running with minimal help from them Yesterday I spent 11.5 hrs doing the laundry .. bit went to bed happy with only the clothes we wore yesterday in the laundry bin ( I got so behind after my surgery) 😁😁😁
