uggghh...this darn cold weather just has me wanting to eat comfort foods!!! I need to invest in another treadmill too, because I don't do gyms...and I just simply don't have time to walk before or after work since it is still dark out and I don't want to wait till spring...hopefully a treadmill purchase will be in the works with income tax refund!!! I'm giving myself a little break this week because I've already eaten everything in site (thanks Aunt Flow) but next week I really need to get focused and at least do my exercise ball and small weights exercise!!! Have a great day all!!!
