Working my way back to straight and narrow

Saw emergency GP who says the spinal procedure has aggravated my sciatic nerve, hence the leg pain and numbness.. but it should calm down.. signed off Sick TIL 12 Jan.. so I can concentrate in giving myself a healthy start to the new year and medicating for pain and inflammation when required. .. so defo need to stay off refined carbs as they make my inflammation soooo much worse

Ouch - sorry about the sciatica! Congrats on the loss though. I sent a lot of goodies out of the house with the relatives last night. Less temptation. Not giving up my chocs so will have one a day as a treat. Happy New Year's Eve to you. We're just having a quiet one with a couple of glasses of bubbly 🥂 😊
