24.8 lbs to go
31.8% body fat
bmi 28.4

but still down 16 lbs from this time last year and more than 26 lbs from when i started my fs journey at over 200lbs ( was too scared to weigh)

a lot will be water weight.. did christmas at my mums with all the family yesterday

4 hours sitting with high carb nibbles and dips.. cheese straws, mini pasties, crisps etc didnt help

also, had fullsugar coke as i was driving (and half a glass of prosecco for toast on arrival)

all of my joints are really sore today after the carb/additive fest..it felt really good this morning to have my glass of acv water, a int of water and my tea..


got lots of pamper goodies and more vouchers from my family.. so i now have another nearly £200 worth of vouchers, which i, saving for spring clothes when i hit goal

gonna put a £1 in a jar each day i stick to less than 25g carbs towards my next spa day with bestie

what plans/ mOtivators are you using my FS buddies.. all ideas/support welcome

Sounds like you've been very spoilt by your family and now you have nice new clothes to look forward to. Great idea about putting a £1 in a jar every day. I'm also motivated by the thoughts of getting new clothes in the Spring. Mother-in-law is here now so yes, plenty of eating today and tomorrow for me! Oh, and by the way - it's Friday 😜

Money in the jar for new clothes each day you stay on plan? 🤔 I like that idea!🤗 I’ve just been kicking myself in the arse!🤷🏻‍♀️ I think I’ll double it for every day I make it to the gym! That will motivate my butt out of the house in the cold weather! But my money will be for my beading annealing kiln that I’ve wanted for years I think. That will motivate me more than clothes. Clothes-smothes it’s nice to look good, but time wasting hobbies? 💁🏻‍♀️ Where I can dump money! LOL🙆🏻

SMP.. I went for a spa day with my best friend for our joint birthdays .. we’re saving up to go quarterly, as she’s now working 3 jobs, just like I used to. As I’ve got older, I’ve realised possessions don’t mean much,but time with loved ones is irreplaceable .. So my new jar is saving towards our next spa day 🤗

I noticed when I waa loading on carbs last week ..my joints seemed to bother me more as well...flush it out ...get back on track..
