Primary care doctor visit yesterday. Went well. The Doc is caring , Empathetic, and thorough. Something about the way she touches me is so uplifting and reassuring. It’s not anything weird it’s just a shipwreck survivor knows about the loss of intimacy and feeling in touch and what a little caring can do to one in the moment. Celebrated the doctor visit by eating a late breakfast at a corner New York style deli. A big azz bagel, eggs over easy hash browns and sausages. I adjusted for thecarb laden bagel/potatoes by eating a little later in the day. Feels like I’m on a general upswing
