Hello fs friends
My hands have been too bad to type on the phone

I've done 26, 22 and 19 hr fasts over the last 3 days

Ate some pizza but mainly had the toppings. And avoided the garlic bread , yay!
still struggling with cooking, but mainly avoiding carbs👍

Was gonna try for longer fasts this week but just not well enough

Ultrasound tomorrow , then the medics can draw up a plan for my treatment 😁

Payday tomorrow, so we've eaten all the freezer foods so I can do a big food shop tomorrow.. have the list written out already

Waiting for my daughter who is in the hairdressers having a bit of a makeover.. she's really excited ( it's the first part of her Christmas pressie ), I can't wait to see the results 😍

.. and EVERYONE loved the boots.. my sis bought me a cobalt blue jacket for my birthday aswell ❤️

good work! I don't know how you fast, it would be impossible for me!

I have been in day 2 of a water fast, and buckled when my daughter wouldnt finish her chicken korma and rice. Had like 4 spoons. Gonna carry it on for two more days. I feel bloated constantly. So the fast will cleanse and rejuvenate my insides.

Well done Poppy! Hope everything goes well with your ultrasound tomorrow. I had mine this morning but, of course, I have to wait for the results to come through. She said my consultant will definitely have them within a week. Have a good day tomorrow 🙂

You are going to kill your diet. You should take a more scientific approach to dieting, fasting is not the magic bullet. You are losing muscle not fat. So you will bounce back to your current weight if you keep fasting.
