Thanks Doobs Had a long hot soak with lots of bubbles and more meds.. up and at them !! Haven't caught up on any fb friends this week, hope you're doing ok 🤗

Aww thanks trainer.. I have a chronic condition , EDS, that affects my joints, among other things.. the weather's just turned feisty here and I was on a course at work where the room was too cold, so a few days annoyingly bad pain and tgen it gets better Feeling much better now and thanks for your concern 😁
