17.4 lbs to go
29.9% body fat
16 hr fast

25.13g carbs ( well, nearly under 25g😉)
88.5g fat ( aiming 85-91g)
57.4 g protein(66-99g)'
1136 Cals ( aiming 1182-1260)

Woohoo! Just about scraped my carbs target again

Have to be stricter today as I'm hoping to fast from tonite, otherwise I'll be starving when I hit the office kitchen with its usual carb fest on Monday morning

Both the kids have friends coming over for Sunday dinner.. house is clean and tidy but I have a mountain of ironing to keep me busy..hopefully the extra mouths will eat my portion of the apple and blackberry tart in the fridge .. my granny used to make these , so it is a hard food for me to avoid. I'm 46 now and childhood foods still get me every time !😉

Have just watched " the truth about staying slim"on catch-up telly..really interesting. 2 people who allegedly ate loads and stayed slim without effort . When videoed for 5 days, turned out they didn't snack between meals and if they overate, they unconsciously ate less at the next meal/ate later/ missed a meal i.e. Self regulated by practising IF. Fascinating and well worth a watch.. did anyone else see it?

Also NSV to keep me motivated.. I'm back in size 12 jeans, due to 2 hours in the changing room yesterday , although I did buy a 14 as my back swells during the day.. and I bought a size 12 coat and medium jumper.. £270 worth of birthday clothing vouchers still to go! Size 12 jeans was one of my original aims a long time ago. So finally there 🎉🎉

Have a great Sunday fs friends 🤗🤗

Congrats on the loss and your NSV! Yes, I watched that programme. It was very interesting. I've also worked with a lot of slim people don't eat very healthily, such as the lady who was eating a cheese and onion pasty dipped in salad cream. They sometimes bought healthy meals at lunchtime but then picked at them and threw at least half in the bin, followed by nibbling sweets. Don't even think of going near that apple and blackberry tart - you'd only regret it in the morning! Have a good day, Poppy 😊

Good for you 😃 Congratulations on your success. I completely understand about tempting foods. 😊 It sounds like you're strong though.

Congratulations. I'm really pleased for you. You're right about the food we ate as children. Maybe I'm just rationalising but it's bread and potatoes that I have to be careful with. Luckily I don't really have a sweet tooth (except for Chocolate)
