I have a bonus stomach, which i believe is a gift from death, something everyone in their 40s gets, i have not much more weight to remove, really just that gift.
It would be great to have a flat stomach, something i probably never had since i was 15. Not ever been really overweight, just do not like the idea of letting myself go and DO like the idea of taking my shirt off and getting a WOW reaction..
Just had an hour sunbathing as a workout, lol

It is a good idea to reflect on how far you have come
I JUST had a look at the weights i have recorded and its quite clear that my life has changed and i am not just on a diet, i do not really feel i am on a diet of any type (i am not) the one thing i have being doing is eating smaller portions of food, by using a bowl not a plate, been doing this for ages but i never eat of dinner plates now, when i was way up at close to 100kg a few years back, i would eat off dinner plates and pile them high.
I feel pretty damn good now looking at that weight chart, I had already lost some weight before i joined this site and at aged 36 i was 100kg (now i am 42) a 19kg difference is significant, day to day i am not doing anything fancy and i do buy and eat chocolate quite often.
Feeling good
81kg and it seems like being in the 90s to 100kg is never going to be me ever again
