the bad: i'd completely miscalculated the number of days to do somewhere.. 9 days to go
the good.. finished 50 hr fast.was going to go longer, but stopped when i got a migraine
broke my fast with cheese, then ate beef stew until i was full
fs app not working on my voice activated phone, so struggling with laptop keyboard to update, so will do food diary later
at least i know im not imagining my difficulty.. did a grip strength test at hand clinic on tues, i managed 12 lbs and normal for my age is 50-70!!
gonna eat today if i need to for my migraine, then early night as drving to leeds tomorrow for a look round the city.. any suggestions for what to see from my friends in (or from) the north?

Leeds ... where to start? As you're university visiting you'll probably be in the Headingley/Hyde Park/Woodhouse areas and to be honest there's not a lot there to see unless you like student bars and cafes. Some beautiful buildings though. In the city centre, again some beautiful buildings. If have time and fancy something a bit different, the Tropical World in Roundhay is nice for a wander - http://www.roundhaypark.org.uk/tropical-world-leeds/index.html. For food you're spoilt for choice - there's 'streetfood' places in the centre https://trinityleeds.com/shops/trinity-kitchen Thai at Jino's http://jinosthaicafe.co.uk and Brazilian https://fazenda.co.uk/ Friends in Leeds have rated all three of those and many more. Jino's I can give a personal score of 10/10 as we ate there when we were in Leeds in August. Have a great time!

Thanks P. We have a uni tour with one of my daughters friends who hasn't been to the uni yet.
Her other friend is interested in music at Leeds Beckett , so we just wanna get a feel for the city..
Those lunch ideas sound great .. we have uni tour at 12.30 for 50 mins, then the rest of the day to explore
Sooo excited, we loved, loved, loved it there last time
