Struggling
Ate a chicken burger last nite, from the ever decreasing freezer pile

Was 66g carbs incl chips, but I threw them away

Tried to cut down on my tea by not buying more tea bags til I did my last school run at 7pn.. bad move

Starving after the steroids, but trying to stay on track

KEEP REMINDING MYSELF ITS LESS THAN A MONTH TO MY BIRTHDAY AND IVE ASKED FOR SHOPPING VOUCHERS FOR CLOTHES


Sigh!
At least I haven't gone up anymore

Very bored.. want alcohol and biscuits but trying to stay strong

Thanks all... still struggling, but got a cuppa and off upstairs to do the ironing, far away from the crackers and biscuits 🍪
