3meals yesterday, no fasting

21.2g carbs (aiming for under 25g)
66.8g fat (85-91g)
49.93g protein ( 69-99g)
911 Cals (1193-1260cals)

Up 0.4 lbs, but no fasting yesterday, trying to mix it up a bit. Aiming for 18:6 today and EF later in the week. Determined to crack this insulin resistance 😁😁

So, as I've lost weight, I recalculated my macro goals at ruled.me and Keto diet buddy.. as my weight and % body fat ( hopefully) descrease, I'll recalculate these.
? How often do my fs friends recalculate their targets.. maybe monthly? Or every half stone?
I'd be grateful for your thoughts

I keep a simple spreadsheet with my daily macros on it, and average them out for the week. If I have a good week where I've lost weight, I adjust my macros accordingly so I guess I do them more or less on a weekly basis. I'll get it right in the end - lol! Have a good day, Poppy.

Aside from keeping a track of number calories and carbs I don't look at the other macros at all -I do log all my food on FS though.
