45 days to go
19.6 lbs to go
19:5
30.7body fat
32.0% muscle
33.51g carbs ( aiming for 25g)
66.2g g fat (81-107g)
31.82g protein (65-82g)
878 Cals (1118-1358)

So the day started well and I did a 19 hr fast
Did my physio exercises and tried to do some ironing. It was too much for my back.

Heated a tuna pasta boxodinner from the freezer. I think the box would have tasted better!! 😂😂I ate half a packet to keep the carbs down. Then was in bed after painkillers by 730pm, not quite the party animal lifestyle!😉

On the plus side, finally sorted out my gas bill.. had a bill for £2,300 which I got in January.. apparently for 2 years I'd been billed incorrectly. By the time I went into hospital it was £2,790, despite me paying by direct debit every month and regularly giving readings and having the meter read and solar panels. Long story but huge worry!!
They finally revolved me for £361!! Yaaaaaaaay! Does a BIG dance 💃🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Woohoo!!!
Miracles do happen!!

Feeling much better today😁😁😁🎉🎉

Have decided to just try to maintain until the weekend where I'm unwell. Will still log everything, but concentrate on my physio and ice packs and recovery .. then when I'm a bit better will do 24 hrs, then 2-3 day fasts to kick start my weight loss like I did for the wedding ( EF also seems to help with my inflammation and joint pain).
So I have a plan.( but I really wish I had one of Jockos scones to have with my tea😋)
I've got this!!😁😁
Have a successful day FS friends 🤗🤗

I have heard so many stories of utilities companies doing this sort of thing but there is a 'statute of limitations' on how long they can screw up your bills and then expect you to pay two or three years down the line. You just have to be strong and stroppy, which I guess you have been because it's sorted! Such a relief for you, hoorah!

Utility companies are a nightmare for that sort of thing. Well done on getting it sorted out. I hope your early night helped with your back - take care!

Haha.. thanks all. I kid you not.. I've had worse.. when we had our shop, after 5 yrs and 11 months we had a surprise EDF electricity bill of ......................... £10.102.68 !!! Unfortunately, white I was in A&E on a cardiac monitor ( I have mitral valve prolapse, which plays up occasionally), I opened a pile of post from the shop as I was bored!! Not great timing, understatement of the year. So I know that if you're wrongly billed fir utilities, in the Uk they can chase for 6 years back billing for a business debt, or 12 months for domestic. In both these cases, it was missbilling on the part of the supplier and I paid my bills regularly. Let's just say both bills will be etched on my brain for ever!! Phew!!! But when we see all the poor people in Mexico and the other recent natural disasters, these really are first world problems and we are so lucky 😁
