I haven't really been doing anything differently. Im not to worried that im not loosing rite now, im fairly happy with my size which is something i havent been for years. I am still classed as over weight tho if i loose the remaining 18lb to my goal weight i will no longer be classed as over weight. Our car broke a few days ago so im now walking even more than usual, according to the step counter on my phone i was walking around 10,000 to 14,000 steps per day now I am doing more like 23,000 to 27,000 this may help kick start it a little also may try drinking more water and less coffee again. We will see how it goes over the next few weeks. :)
