Hit a bit of a wall now.
71.7 kg Lost so far: 17.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Wow Cath you have come a long way, you are looking gorgeous. Have you had a chance to look over what you have been doing differently the last few weeks or so, or have you reached a maintaining weight. A popular choice for restarting weigh loss is to mix it up a little and change a few key areas to jolt the body into losing again. I believe you only have to tweek a few things and away you will go again. You have come such a long way and had amazing results this alone will help you get back on track. Good luck and keep us informed on your progress.

I haven't really been doing anything differently. Im not to worried that im not loosing rite now, im fairly happy with my size which is something i havent been for years. I am still classed as over weight tho if i loose the remaining 18lb to my goal weight i will no longer be classed as over weight. Our car broke a few days ago so im now walking even more than usual, according to the step counter on my phone i was walking around 10,000 to 14,000 steps per day now I am doing more like 23,000 to 27,000 this may help kick start it a little also may try drinking more water and less coffee again. We will see how it goes over the next few weeks. :)

Hi Cath the fact you are feeling happier with your body is a great indicator of how far you have come. The extra steps will definitely give your body a jolt they did with me. Remember to increase your food intake a little to fuel yourself due to the increase in exercise.
