no change. out for a meal today as it is my youngest daughters birthday treat. also bought the most amazing chocolate birthday cake which I will have to sample. I've noticed that since I have logged my foods, just how often I'm faced with challenges - which I guess is why I'm heavier than I should be! I have a wedding reception in three weeks and have a new outfit to wear. it fits but will look so much better if I can lose 6lb by then.

I think this is one of the reasons I find calorie counting so hard, as I'm always facing the challenge of eating what I actually enjoy against what is actually healthy for me. So my calories counted were always over and I'd think why bother! So this time I'm eating what I enjoy and exercising portion control, and then when I see the scales starting to go down I'll start trying to introduce healthy eating.
