My scale is not being nice...again. Rebooting myself...again.
66.7 kg Lost so far: 24.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks everyone! And I just realized only 1/4 cup of walnuts is 200 calories, may explain it. Note to self: LOG!!!

Yes I understand, those scales make you feel like you failed but that is not the case at all. I know in a couple days the scale will be nice again. It just helps me to pay closer attention to what I ate on a day that the scale may show a gain. Keep up the good work. I will as well.
