Woohoo! After the upset on Thursday night Ive fasted since the illadvised pizza at 12.30 am. So I know this weight will probably go up a bit when I refeed,but I think this is my lowest weight since starting fs and I'm also within 10lbs of my goal 😁😁😁

Absolutely over the moon with all the supportive comments yesterday. I didn't want to share old photos until there was something to share and I was so annoyed at being told I'd lost a couple of pounds that it spurred me to do it.

To be called beautiful, pretty and hot never happens to me, let alone without makeup or a blow dry.. so thanks guys, you made my year!👍👍😁🎉🎉

Yesterday morning's pizza wasn't as bad as i thought .. not completely accurate but I took apart a leftover slice and weighed the components, then used pizza topping fs values as Doobs and Phooka suggested. Phooka.. once upon a time I would also have eaten the leftover pizza.... dipped it in garlic sauce and stuffed it into my mouth with the cold garlic bread, before putting empty boxes in the recycling. No more 😉😉

Off to Brighton to collect my daughter and her friend today. OH might come to share the driving,or he might not. His choice.

So I'll fast til I need to eat.. maybe when we get to Brighton, or maybe before. If the dastardly scales increase tomorrow I don't care... as Doobrie says I'll just keep going.

Sitting in the garden with the cat and a cuppa.. enjoying the silence before my noisy neighbours return from holiday. Listening to the birds , feeling the warm sun on my face.. today is gonna be a good day.

Thanks T8U9 and roeekats Roeekats.. my cousin gets married this Friday. Most of my family are in Ireland, so they're coming over fir the wedding. I last saw a lot of them fir another cousin's wedding on 2 July last year, or at Christmas 2016 ( as in the photos I posted yesterday) So I was aiming to be under 11 stone by the wedding, which I'm not gonna make, as I've really struggled.. but I wanted them to see a difference .. I've had 2 back surgeries in the last year and was off work fir 10 months til march 2017.. so I wanted to meet my relatives being healthier, fitter and slimmer😉 Glad you enjoyed my journal. Thanks 😊

Oh dear.. completely forgot that when I had a migraine yesterday about 10am, I had 2 krackerwheat and butter.. 8 g carbs.. the power of logging my food diary as I go.. But that means I've still done a 24hr fast , yay! Apologies fir the misreporting 😊😉

I hope you've factored in the football traffic now Brighton & Hove are a Premiership team. 5:30pm kick off 😳😖. You deserved all those comments yesterday - you've supported us, talked about your difficulties and victories, generally made this a forum to enjoy (you've a wicked sense of humour too!) so you've become a friend to so many of us we want to help you when someone tries to bring you down. Your latest picture in that lovely top is great too - you look so well despite "no makeup and frizzy hair" (that's me most days). I would like a promise from you though - next week, when you see everyone and they're telling you how good you look and ask how much you've lost, etc, etc, don't tell them you've missed your target (there's still a few days but we have to be realistic on that one). Tell them what you've achieved - weight loss, overcoming illness and operations, you can even say you'd like to lose a bit more but don't say "I didn't lose what I should have" or "I failed in my target" or (god forbid) "the OH said I wouldn't manage it and he was right". Enjoy the day and if asked say "yes, I did this with my own will power". If you can do that next week, we'll all have even more reason to be proud of you. Big, BIG hugs, Poppy 🤗🤗

And phooka.. we're going to eat now, then by the time we do the 360 thingy, hopefully there'll be a bit less traffic on m25 ( took 3 hours to get here !)

I SO agree with Phooka! So often as women, or as men who lack self-confidence we say, "I missed this" and only report or see the negative. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Px's is RIGHT! You need to make SURE your attitude is "I had 2 back surgeries and some health problems, but decided to be healthier I needed to lose 36 pounds!" I may chose to lose more or not!🤷🏻‍♀️ You make sure you go from the positive lady. You are a dynamite woman whom your daughters obviously rely on, so you have the POWER!
