So, the krackerwheat got me again yesterday.. but I suppose at least I only had 2 and avoided the pringles.

Currently I'm ironing and watching " secret eaters " on catch up tv.. at least with fs u can log everything.. there was a girl who gained 8 stone, thinking she ate 1500 Cals and her average, including alcohol, was 4100 Cals/day!!! 😱 I dread to think what mine used to be 😉 just saw someone eat a bowl of cereal with 2000 calories. And they thought it was "healthy" 😮

They also put a couple of cookie jars and filmed people eating the cookies..just like my work kitchen!! Apparently 74% of people snack at work!!

Planning to fast after Sunday roast dinner.. OH working late shifts this week so will be easier to miss evening meals and driving my daughter and friends to brighton on weds, so in best case scenario I will fast til then, but realistically will stop when my body tells me to.

Plan for today

Eat with the family for evening meals at the weekend
Make a start on the new physio regime I was given yesterday
Plenty of fluids to flush thru cellulitis and help sore throat

I remember that episode of Secret Eaters. It's a good programme to watch, especially if you feel like cheating on your diet -lol! I'm always horrified at the lack of fresh fruit and vegetables in their diets. You look at their table full of food for the week and everything is a bland beige colour! You could always count a couple of krackerwheat into your carbs everyday if you wanted to. Have a good weekend Poppy

Too right! I'm just watching the episode with " Tracey and Kelly's" table of beige foods, including the energy drinks with 50g sugar per can !

Thanks minitata.. they're 4.5g each.. problem comes when I resist them all day then succumb at the end of the day when I haven't planned for them and then they make me go over 20g carbs.. I'll try that today and see how I get on, as long as I manage to limit myself to a couple. Great idea 👍👍 thank you Have a good day minitata and Doobrie 😁

I love Secret Eaters, I imagine my calorie intake was about 4000 daily average before FS due to booze and junk food and was beige with a side of beige.

Ffbb you make me 😂 and it's a good job there were no private investigators watching my old eating and snacking habits.. 12 hours a day as a newsagent with unlimited kettle chips, smoky bacon crisps and hot chocs.. and then time off meant a bottle (!) of baileys or rose and a night out meant multiple pints of mangers.. so probably a beige theme to my confession too 😮😉

Just think though - if you saved 9 grams of carbs by thinking I'll have krackerwheat and then you don't that'll be 9 grams less eaten - and if you do eat them they're covered.

I think you've come up with a really good plan for me minitata... otherwise I smell their salty crunchiness when OH is eating them and it's tortures me all day.. o can do without bread/pasta/noodles/biscuits/flour/rice/croissants/crisps/crumpets.. all foods I used to love be when I was carb addicted.. but the krackerwheat are my achllies heel and then I feel sooo annoyed with myself for not having willpower to avoid them.. So I'll try planning to eat 2 and enjoy every single crumb Yay! Thank you 😊
