22 days to go( think I've lost a day somewhere(?)
Wt stable
10.3 lbs to go
22:2 fast achieved

The good: avoided snacks all day.
Got a letter from cardiologist.. my annual echo and holter showed no deterioration in heart function for the first time .. he'll see me in a year! Yipee🎉🎉

I went to bed early with a migraine..then woke up with a start!

Avoided all snacks at work 😎

The bad: shot out of bed when I realised I had til midnight to appeal a parking ticket, very very stressful, but got it typed and emailed with help.. let's just say my hand tremor is much worse when I'm stressed.

I cooked toad in the hole, only had 3 sausages, peas, gravy and 2 tbsp batter.

When doing my appeal I had a slice of bread, then krackerwheat.. I needed to take meds and then took more carbs fir nausea. Also tried cheese as smprowett suggested, but that didn't cut it.

Was probably still well under for my calories , don't want my body in starvation mode or all messed up with the carbs or both 🤔
So annoyed I nearly forgot the appeal.. would have cost me £70 that I don't have.
Very annoyed that I ate the carbs

Got up late this morning so no time to log yesterday's intake. ( but it's great I wasn't woken by pain)

Back on the wagon today

Plan
Same as yesterday
Wear a new size 16 dress to work today.. (size 14 fitted, but let's just say the top half was , ahem, inappropriate fir work 😂😂)
Hopefully, someone will notice and that will help my motivation, as I can feel it flagging.

Have a happy Thursday fs friends 😁😁

Wow, size 16 dress - that's good. I don't know if I could fit in one of them or not. Hubby told me to get some new dressing gowns though as mine look too big on me 😊

The things in the "bad" list seem to be way outweighed by those in the "good". You're doing so well. Avoiding the work snack is great but hearing such good news from your cardiologist must feel fantastic!

You're doing a great job. I wish my cardiologist would see me in a year instead of every three months. Oh well, baby steps.

Thanks April, Erin , Jan and phooka. The cardiology results were a lovely surprise.. I normally have to see the consultant each year and he's shows me how much more blood regurgitates back as my heart valve continues to fail. Still, I'm used to it now and It's really interesting to see the images on his computer. I'll need a pacemaker eventually, but not yet. Hopefully decreasing my body %fat and weight will help .😁😁

Thanks - I'll have a look at the M & S ones. Really pleased about your cardiology results. I'm sure losing weight had a lot to do with it. Well done!
