32 days to go
STILL 168 lbs
STILL 14.1 lbs to go
24 g carbs

Quite a successful day.. chose to drink the cobra beer I got free with the curry.. then saw my carbs total. Chose to eat raspberries and cream instead of apple pie and custard like the rest of the family

So i POURED AWAY 230 MLS of chilled, yummy cobra and didn't cry.. so I almost managed to autocorrect my mistake 😉😉🎉🎉

Couldn't lift the foot spa yesterday, but painted my toes instead of eating chic digestives as planned 😊

So, all in all a good day

Today's plan:
Continue ACV
Fast until at least lunchtime ( meds dependant)
Aim for 1000 Cals to see if that gets the weight moving
Aim for 20g net carbs to see if that gets the weight moving
Aim to reduce my dairy to see if that gets the weight moving!!! 🤔🤔🤔😡😡😡

Maybe I want to break this plateau 😊😊😊..
tomorrow it is a month to the wedding 😱😱😱😱😱

Wish me luck!

Have a great Monday fs friends 😎😎

I don't know what to suggest Poppy, you seem to be doing all you can. Could your medication be hindering your weight loss? Maybe I.F isn't going to work for you long term. As we all know, one size doesn't fit all and I think sometimes we need to shake things up a bit. You could increase your green veg intake. I know this will increase your carbs but that shouldn't matter as it will also increase your fibre.

Oof, I feel your pain there, I love a tasty Cobra with curry, but I definitely have to "budget for the beer"... :-) Wishing you luck as always of course!

All good choices Poppy! 🙋🏻FFBB is right in that I eat a pretty high carb diet compared to most. But my NET carbs stay under 20-40 every day and I keep my RDI down at 1200 daily with my protein up to 50g -90g and my liquid up. Are you getting enough protein when you are eating? 50g min/day only 30 in one meal as the body can't process more? 🤷🏻‍♀️

...if nothing shifts by the weekend, then I'll try the green veg as I'll know that the ACV doesn't work for me either 😉

Thanks smprowett.. occasionally I don't get 50g protein, but generally I do now ( it used to be much lower than that) Fluids.. I drink water by the pint, occasional tea with full fat milk, no sugar and alcohol a handful of times this year. No squash/fizzy drinks/juice/extra milk I'm defo getting smaller.. 7.5/8 inches off my belly/waist since April. And I noticed today that when I'm upright I don't have "belly overhang"anymore .. But still the scales stay stuck at 12 stone. I think it's definitely a "set point" fir my weight, so I'm determined to change one thing at a time till I lower my set point again 😎
