But at least yesterday has shown me that I'm losing inches.. I've now lost 15 inches off my stomach since I started at 200lbs and I know I was heavier and bigger than this before but didn't dare measure 😊

So, last night I had everything planned fir bolognaise sauce with Parmesan. Put all the ingredients into fs. Feeling very smug, then realised the mince was off.

So we got a takeaway.. I had chicken tikka and salad, 1/4 pippadum, no pickles/chutney/naan/rice.
OMG .. expected carbs in the bhaji , WHERE DO THE CARBS COME FROM IN CHICKEN TIKKA.. if I make it myself it's just spices and a bit of yoghurt 😱😱😱

Oh well, another one to chalk up to experience!!! So much for avoiding the carbs😊😊

I have fs on my iPhone set to "following " on my home page. I get notifications by email. But keep missing posts from fs friends and have to go onto their journals individually so I can comment( I used to get their updates)

So if I'm not commenting/supporting it's Cos I can't see it! Anyone else have this?

Today's plan
Back on the ACV
Fast till I do a roast beef dinner at 5-6pm
Finish the ironing( was way behind due to sore hip), I know I need to rest but it doesn't do itself
Choose to paint my nails and use foot spa instead of eating krackerwheat ( they called me yesterday)
Increase painkillers today in prep for a day of meetings tomorrow

If I manage all of the above I click " buy" on Tuesday in my Amazon basket for the new fat monitoring scales, I know I'm not 15% fat, but hopefully no longer 50% fat either!

Have a good Sunday, Poppy. Amazing how many inches you've lost off your stomach! Will measure mine one day but I know it will only be an inch or two.

Thanks Doobrie.. I saw several sideon pictures where my stomach was much bigger than when I was pregnant .. That's why dr fung makes so much sense to me and whatever I did before wasn't effective. But yes, I got my daughter to remeasure me just to make sure. I've always carried most of my weight on my middle, even at 8.5 stone I had a wobbly belly ... definitely classic IR! Measure yourself, you may be surprised 😳 Have a great Sunday and thanks for your help
