Started the day by falling over on the cat.. dunno if it was my inflamed left hip or swollen right ankle that gave way first. Cat is hiding upstairs 😾😾. She has a grumpy face like this.
Stayed inside 20g carbs but haven't been able to add the recipe for Jamie Oliver meatballs into fs.. instead of 12 cream crackers I grated 1/2 slice bread into the meatballs and chilled them for longer to hold together and they worked really well! No spaghetti or garlic bread for me! Success! 🎉
25th anniversary today.. if I can walk well enough to go out for dinner tonight I'll eat what I want.. and not stress.. I have very few friends who've been with their OH for 25 years, we've been through a lot together, so it's worth celebrating ❤️❤️
But I'll at least do 18:6 today , have nuts and water ready to break my fast
Hopefully will be well enough to go out😁
