So, a little weight has come off,yay!
My hip is more sore ( boo!)
Can't get up the stairs, if it's still like this tonight I'll go for an X-ray to get it checked out. There's a good chance it's sublaxed i.e. Partially dislocated and not gone back properly. Want my pain a bit better for tomorrow.. celebrating 25year anniversary with OH tomorrow. Must be getting old 😂

Before I went to work yesterday I tried on a couple of size 14 dresses and was pleasantly surprised, that helped to cheer me up. Was also a cause for much hilarity as I got one of them stuck on my boobs and had to be rescued by my daughter😊😊.. obvs not everything is shrinking at the same rate as my wobbly belly 😂

Plan for today :
Buy more nuts on way to work to break my fast
Leave work early if I need to ( I managed to last the day yesterday)
make sure I get 2 meals in so my calories aren't too low- will have to take extra meds today, so will need to eat with them anyway
Drink plenty of water or my meds/dehydration Combo will trigger a migraine
Not worry about activity today

Yay on the size 14! I know what you mean about getting them stuck! 🙅🏻LOL Hope you have awesome plans made for the anniversary!🙋🏻Walnuts and pecans are great for not having much insulin impact and I have found using provolone probably since it's a high fat cheese also doesn't seem to raise my blood sugars much if I eat an ounce or less, haven't tried havarti, but it's also higher in fat, which is the point. A bit of protein, a bit of fat to keep your tummy satisfied and not setting off blood sugars or insulin index or kicking out of ketosis.
