Started looking online for a dress to wear for the wedding to help my motivation
Unfortunately, as I did this, I ate some strawberries. Then went back for seconds. While I know my choice was better than the crisps/ popcorn everyone else was eating, the strawberries put me over the 20g net carbs I was aiming for. I was sooooo close!☺️
Still, I don't suppose the krackerwheat crackers helped either.. I was cleaning kitchen cupboards whilst teaching my daughter how to clean out the oven .. the crackers kept calling out to me to eat them and I gave in.. even tho I KNEW they'd probably lead to weight gain today😔grrrr

Still, at least after being AWOL on uni visits for 3 days this week, I now have a clean and tidy house again. Order is restored!!

I got up at 530 yesterday, loaded dishwasher and washer and hung out laundry.. then I went back to bed til 830am.. I was so tired after all the walking and driving this week

The kids woke up and thought I wasn't well as I was in bed and the bathroom and floors weren't cleaned😂😂😂

Oh well.. me and the kitten had better get up and get moving.. my tea has got cold and have the get the kids up to study as both have exams

Unfortunately not. They're obviously in no hurry to bring the appointment forward. I've got my echocardiogram on July 5th so at least that's a start.

I suppose at least you're starting to get the tests in.. and if they thought you were super urgent they'd have seen you sooner

Yes, I should be reassured by that. I haven't had any more spasms anyway 🙂

When I was LCHF I found that going over 50g a little every now and them was not a problem and didn't impact the rate of loss. 0.1kg gain is very small. But if you are going to lose 17lb in 54 days then you will need a deficit of above 1200 cals per day and very few naughty days.

Thanks adpully At the moment I can't get out and about much due to ankle swelling.. Physio has said I can attempt exercise bike tomorrow So I've kept my calories low.. when I go to reports on fs, it tells me that my average ( for the weeks i do whole weeks) is about 700-900 Cals and I'm virtually always under 50g carbs.. Is there a way in fs to see average calories burnt/deficit I usually use the iPhone app but can get help from the teenagers to use a laptop/surface pro But I agree.. from tomorrow no more cheating and I will have to ALWAYS record my intake Thanks for the advice

If it's any help Poppy, you can get the average exercise minutes for the month on the iPhone app, which also gives the average deficit for the month. Just go to the bottom of the Calendar.

Thanks doobrie I'll give it a go.. I know I can see the daily deficit, but wasn't able to see weekly defecit totals ( I've had days where I haven't got round to filling in the diary) 😉
